The Atlas Six: Groundhog Day
I'm a little late to the bandwagon, but I get the hype. This book filled the joy and love I have for Umbrella Academy and learning. All the characters were literally in love with each other and I loved that. It caught me from the first chapter hook, line, and sinker. The thing that really brought the book down was how much repetitive explaining of the situation there was. It was oftentimes unnecessary and annoying. It made me want to skip ahead to the dialogue but then all I would find in the dialogue was bickering and complaining. Although, I loved each of the characters it became a little nonsensical with all that was going on and how repetitious it all was. The ending was the best part aside from the beginning in the twist that I had no idea what was coming next. It had me in complete disbelief. So with that my rating for this book is 3/5.
